Everything that gets a restoration company to the top of the local results.
Four services that work as one system. We do them for restoration contractors only, one client per metro. Take one piece or the whole thing.
The four services
Most clients start with the first two. Each page below goes into what the work actually involves.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
Map pack rankings across every city you serve. Profile optimisation, service area structure, review generation, and city-level landing pages that rank for the searches that turn into dispatches.
Google Ads & Local Services Ads
Emergency-intent campaigns with call tracking, so you pay for calls rather than clicks. Dayparting and geo-targeting tuned to when and where your crews can actually respond.
Websites built to convert
Fast, mobile-first sites with the phone number above the fold on every page. Built for someone panicking on a phone, not for a design award.
Call tracking & reporting
Calls, forms and booked jobs by source and by city. No vanity dashboards. You see which ZIP codes produce and which need more spend.
Where to start depends on where you are
We work with restoration companies of every size, from a single truck to multi-location operations. What changes is where we begin, not whether we will take the work.
Foundation
For contractors whose Google Business Profile, reviews and site speed have never been set up properly, or who rank at their own address but vanish a few miles out.
Goal: Own your home market before paying to reach further.
- Google Business Profile built out properly
- Review generation system your techs will actually use
- Site speed and mobile fixes
- Citation and listing cleanup
- Call tracking so the next step is measurable
- Rank grid baseline across your service area
Growth
For companies with the basics in place that want more volume and more suburbs, and can absorb the jobs when they come.
Goal: Expand suburb by suburb, with a cost per job you can see.
- Everything in Foundation
- City and service page build-out
- Google Ads and Local Services Ads managed
- Landing pages built for paid traffic
- Full call scoring and recordings
- Monthly reporting by source and city
Market leader
For multi-location operations and companies defending a market they already lead, including those with in-house marketing staff.
Goal: Defend the markets you own and open the next ones.
- Everything in Growth
- Multi-location and multi-market SEO
- Commercial and property manager targeting
- Content programme and link earning
- Fire, mold and contents service lines developed
- Reporting cadence to match your team
Every tier is month to month after ramp-up, every account is registered in your name, and we still only take one restoration company per metro. Pricing depends on how many markets you want covered and is discussed on the first call.
Why these four, and in this order
They are not independent products. A paid campaign pointed at a slow website wastes money. Rankings you cannot attribute to booked jobs are impossible to invest in confidently. Tracking with nothing to track is a dashboard.
So we normally sequence them: fix the site and tracking first because everything else depends on them, run paid search to produce calls while the slower work compounds, and build local SEO underneath so your cost per job falls over time instead of rising with your competitors’ bids.
If you only want one piece, that is fine, and we will tell you honestly whether it will work on its own in your market.
What a month with us looks like
Whichever services you take, the reporting rhythm is the same.
What we did, what it produced, and what we are doing next. Readable in ten minutes.
Attributed to source, so budget decisions stop being guesswork.
The only marketing number that maps to your P&L.
Street-level visibility across your service area, compared to last month.
What we blocked and what it saved you.
No account manager sitting between you and the work.
How we are set up differently
The three ways restoration companies usually buy marketing.
| Restoration SEO Company | Generalist agency | Lead broker | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Industry focus | Restoration only. One client per metro. | Roofers, dentists, gyms and you. | None. A volume business. |
| Lead exclusivity | Exclusive. | Usually exclusive. | Sold to three or four competitors. |
| Account ownership | Everything in your name, permanently. | Varies. Often held by the agency. | You own nothing. |
| Contract | Month to month after ramp-up. | Often twelve months. | Pay per lead, price rises. |
| Reported metric | Booked jobs by city. | Impressions and rankings. | Lead count. |
By restoration category
The same system, weighted differently depending on what you want more of.
Water damage
Highest urgency and the most contested map pack. Speed and after-hours answering decide it.
Fire and smoke
Lower volume, far larger projects, bought on credibility and insurance literacy.
Mold remediation
A research-driven buyer. Honest content wins the job days before the call.

Do I have to take all four services?
No. Most clients start with one or two. We will tell you which single service is likely to move the needle fastest in your market, even when that is not the most expensive one.
Do you work with competing companies in the same market?
No. One restoration company per metro. If your area is already taken we say so on the first reply rather than waste your time.
Do we own our website and accounts?
Yes. Domain, hosting, Google Business Profile and ad accounts are all registered in your name. If we part ways, everything stays with you.
How long are your contracts?
Month to month after an initial ramp-up period. The results should be what keeps you, not the paperwork.
What size company do you work with?
All of them. We work with single-truck operations and multi-location companies alike — what changes is where we start, not whether we take the work. A smaller contractor usually begins with the Foundation tier above; a larger one starts further along. The one thing we do ask is that calls get answered, because no amount of marketing survives a phone ringing out at 2am.
What happens on the first call?
We confirm your market is open, walk you through the audit findings, and tell you what we would do first. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and you keep the report.
Start with the audit, not the sales call.
We will show you where you rank in every city you serve, where the calls are going instead, and what we would fix first. Free, and yours to keep either way.
