Your website has three seconds and one job

Somebody discovers water spreading across a floor. They search on their phone, tap a result, and decide in a few seconds whether this company can help right now. They are not reading your company history. They are looking for a phone number and a reason to trust that you will show up.

Most restoration websites fail this test. They were built to look like a brochure, they load slowly on mobile data, the phone number is buried in a header that disappears when you scroll, and the first thing a visitor sees is a stock photo and the word Welcome.

A slow site also caps everything else you spend on. Core Web Vitals are a ranking factor, so poor performance limits your SEO results, and it quietly raises the cost of every paid click you buy, because you pay the same for a visitor who leaves before the page renders.

What we build into every restoration site

The list is short because restraint is the point. Every element that does not help someone call you is weight that slows the page down.

  • Tappable phone number on every screen — fixed, visible without scrolling, on mobile and desktop
  • Core Web Vitals in the green — real performance budgets, compressed images, no render-blocking scripts
  • Mobile-first layout — designed on a phone screen first, because that is where emergency searches happen
  • Service and city page architecture — a structure that scales cleanly as you add markets, instead of needing a rebuild in a year
  • Trust signals that matter in this trade — IICRC certification, insurance billing, response time, licence numbers, real reviews
  • Forms that route to dispatch — straight to the people who answer, not an inbox nobody checks at midnight
  • Local business and service schema — structured data built in from the start
  • Accessible contrast and tap targets — a frustrated visitor on a cracked phone screen still needs to reach the button
  • You own everything — the domain, the hosting and the site files, registered in your name

What you get at handover

Not just a site. Everything needed to run and grow it without calling us for every change.

01
The site itself

Built on WordPress with a visual editor, so you can change text and add pages without touching code.

02
Every account in your name

Domain, hosting, analytics and search console, all registered to your business.

03
Redirect map

Every old URL pointed at its new home, tested before launch so you keep the rankings you have.

04
Tracking installed

Analytics, search console and call tracking live from day one, not bolted on later.

05
A short walkthrough

A recorded run-through of how to edit your own pages, so the site does not calcify.

06
Performance baseline

Core Web Vitals measured at launch, so any future slowdown is obvious.

How a build runs

Typically four to six weeks from kickoff to launch.

01

Plan

Page architecture based on the services and cities you want to rank for, so the structure serves SEO rather than fighting it.

02

Write

Copy written for a homeowner in an emergency and for search intent at the same time. We write it; you approve it.

03

Build

Design and development on a staging site you can review, with performance checked at every stage rather than at the end.

04

Launch and migrate

Redirects mapped from the old site so you keep your rankings, then monitoring for the first weeks after launch.

Rebuild or improve what you have?

Most agencies will tell you that you need a new website, because a rebuild is a bigger invoice. Often it is not true. If your current site is on a reasonable platform and the structure is sound, fixing speed, layout and page architecture gets you most of the benefit for a fraction of the cost and without risking the rankings you already have.

A rebuild makes sense when the site is not mobile-friendly, when it is built on a platform you cannot edit or move, when the page structure cannot support the cities you want to rank in, or when the performance problems are baked into the theme.

The audit will tell you which situation you are in, and we will say so plainly even when the answer is the one that earns us less.

Website questions

How long does a restoration website take to build?

Typically four to six weeks, depending on how many service and city pages are in scope and how quickly copy gets approved. Rushing it usually means launching without redirects and tracking set up properly, which costs more later.

Will I lose my rankings when the new site launches?

Not if the migration is done properly. Every old URL gets mapped to a new one, redirects are tested before launch, and we monitor indexation afterwards. Ranking losses after a redesign almost always come from skipping that step.

Can I edit the site myself afterwards?

Yes. We build on WordPress with a visual page builder, so you can change text, swap photos and add pages without touching code. We hand over a short walkthrough at launch.

Do you use templates?

We use a consistent underlying structure because it is proven to perform, then design and write the site for your company. What we do not do is drop your logo into a generic restoration template.

What about hosting?

You own it and it stays in your name. We will recommend hosting that can actually deliver the speed the design assumes, because a fast build on slow hosting is still a slow website.

Do you write the content?

Yes, included. Written for emergency intent and search at the same time, then sent to you for approval before it goes live.
